Privacy Policy

I. Privacy Obligations:

At AnythingGoes.app, we hold privacy in high regard and prioritize the safeguarding of personal information.

The term “Personal information” refers to data or viewpoints pertaining to a recognized individual or a person who can be reasonably distinguished. AnythingGoes.app's Privacy Policy pertains to the personal information that is acquired and/or retained by the platform.

In addition, this Privacy Policy outlines our approach to the processing of 'personal data' concerning individuals within the European Union (EU), in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We will conduct periodic reviews of this policy and may make updates as necessary over time.

II. Categories of Personal Information:

We gather user-specific data to facilitate the delivery of our products, services, and customer support. These offerings are accessible across various platforms, including, but not confined to, websites, mobile applications, email, and telephone. The particular platform and the specific product, service, or support you engage with can influence the nature of personal information we gather.

Not all data requested, gathered, and handled by us qualifies as "Personal Information," as it doesn't uniquely identify you as an individual. This encompasses a significant portion of "User Generated Content" shared within a transaction for interaction with other users. Such "Non-Personal Information" falls outside the scope of this privacy policy. Nonetheless, since non-personal information could be aggregated or connected with existing personal data, it will be treated as personal information in such instances. Therefore, for transparency, this privacy policy will enumerate both information categories.

Under certain circumstances, users might furnish us with personal information even if it hasn't been solicited or through channels not designated for specific data collection. While we endeavor to take reasonable measures to safeguard such information, if users bypass our established systems, processes, and controls, the data provided will not be subject to the governance of this privacy policy.

In certain scenarios, users might furnish us with personal information via platforms beyond our jurisdiction, such as social media or forums. While any information collected by us falls under the purview of this Privacy Policy, the platform through which it was transmitted will be regulated by its own distinct Privacy Policy.

III. Personal Information Gathering:

During your utilization of our products and services, you could encounter requests for specific categories of personal information. This solicitation might occur across various mediums, including our website, applications, online chat systems, telephone interactions, paper forms, or face-to-face discussions. At the moment of request, we will furnish you with a Collection Notice, outlining the intended utilization of the personal information being sought. This notice could take the form of written documentation or verbal communication.

The information we may seek, gather, or handle includes:

  • Account Details: password

  • Contact Details: email address, phone number

  • Location Details: physical address, billing address

  • Identity Information: complete name, verification of identity (such as driver's license, passport), verification of address (for instance, utility bill).

  • Financial Details: credit card information, wire transfer particulars, payment processor specifics, taxation identification numbers.

  • Content Created by Users: descriptions of transactions, attachments associated with transactions.

IV. Data Obtained from External Sources:

Users possess the capability to initiate transactions with individuals who aren't registered users by furnishing contact information like email addresses, physical addresses, and phone numbers. In such instances, we will gather and retain this information to establish communication with the non-user and counteract any misuse of our systems.

Details of your payment, which may be collected or processed by us, could be conveyed by your payment service provider.

Under certain circumstances, personal information pertaining to users could be sourced from publicly available outlets.

V. Information Gathered or Handled:

  • Contact Details: phone number, email address, cellphone number

  • Location Details: physical address, billing address

  • Financial Details: particulars of transactions, details of payment accounts (such as bank account information), wire transfer specifics

  • User Generated Content: transaction description

The information that can be supplied aligns with the same data we might seek, gather, and process from individual users. While our partners' platforms are guided by their respective privacy policies, any personal information transferred to our platform will be handled and safeguarded with the same care as if it were submitted directly by a user.

VI. Data Acquired During Service Usage:

We retain logs of the engagements we share with our users, encompassing the products, services, and customer support extended. This encompasses user interactions within our platform, such as instances when a user peruses a page or activates a button.

When communication is established with us, we might gather inherent personal information associated with the interaction. For instance, if contact is initiated through email, we will procure the email address utilized.

We may gather or handle the subsequent (largely non-personally identifiable) information:

  • Metadata: IP address, computer and connectivity details, referring webpage, standard web log data, language preferences, timezone, and more.

  • Device Details: device identification, type of device, device plugins, hardware capabilities, and similar data.

  • Interactions: pages observed, buttons activated, duration of viewing, search keywords, and similar activities.

  • Holding Accounts: holding accounts include at least a main holding bank account, at least one online transaction bank account, passwords, account identification, and funds sources.

    VII. Privacy Settings
